We'll use this site to introduce our business and explain the goods or services we have to offer. People don't want to spend time figuring out what a business does, so our home page will highlight the most important features of both our business and our web site. We'll think of the home page as a kind of portal, giving customers the information they want at a glance, and offering lots of links to draw them in to the rest of the site.

For example, we might feature a different item on the home page each month, along with a link to our products page so people can get more information. Or, if we're running a contest to attract business, we might include a link to our contest page.

We hope that you enjoy your visit with us and that you will share our site with friends that are interested in our products and items. Our items are done individually by hand and are never mass produced. We have researched the history of many of the items and work according to the traditions of ours and other nations. You may recognize some of the beading patterns for example, as many are found in the vast assortment of books available at your local bead supply store.

Please feel free to email us and let us know how we are doing and any suggestions that you feel might be helpful. We thank you for visiting our trading post and hope that you will bookmark our site so that you can return often.

HOPEFUL PEACEFULNESS

In the days of the past people walked on the earth and survived and passed on the traditional values of the family.  Everyone can relate to the need of a family, those who will be there in your darkest hour and teach you about values.  The Native peoples of this country passed on their stories and lessons on life in an oral tradition.  The possession of knowledge was shared in many ways that followed the path of the Ancient Ones, those who taught us to survive and care for those around us.

Even today, many still follow the traditions that were taught to them at the knees of their Grandparents.  The following photos show a tradition that many participate in with their hearts and spirits.

We have spent some time in the Sacred Circle and have share experiences with many of our brothers and sisters who follow the Pow Wow trail.  Some of the beautiful regaelia that is worn in the Pow Wow circle is hand crafted and handed down from the family.  As I am learning there are many jobs for the family members where one may be good at hunting someone else may be good at beadwork.  These family values of the Native people are very important and deeply personal to all.  Maybe something in this web site can change a few minds and make life a better place for everyone.
